Question:

Valves for Foil Helium Filled balloons

I've never used Helium before so I am not sure if I need to have valves for foil Balloons when I fill them with Helium. I know I need them for latex balloons.

Do I just tie them once they have been filled with helium?

  1. They're just tied off, or sometimes the balloon places who fill them have special inserts they shove up, then tie them off. No valves per se, though.
