Vampire Yu Gi Oh deck help?

Question

I like to buy a bunch of cards and put them together in theme and then try it out. It worked with my Kuriboh deck and Dark Magician deck, but I've fine tuned my vampire deck three times and I'm still not having luck with my odds.

So can anybody recommend help me pick and choose what cards to keep and maybe recommend some to add?
