is drinking blood considered wrong for a Vampire in ramadan ? what should they eat instead to break their fast ? and does their fast count since they sleep all day anyway ,,, ???

Vampire care little for organized religion in general, but they can survive a fast simply by not consuming any blood at all, only plasma.  They care very little for human type virtues like charity and spirituality, though.
