Yes, vampires are very real, though not the same way you see on all the scary movies. But we can be your worst nightmare, we do drink blood and we do hate the sunlight, but we aren't allergic to it like everyone says. It is because of how much blood we drink, the more we do the more amoebas get into our bloodstream and go to our eyes, making them sensitive to sunlight.

But yes, we most definitely exist.

technically yes, there is a number of medical reasons that someone could be a vampire, I have one said trait, on your top set of teeth you have 4 incisors then your cainines, i only have 2 incisors then my cainines pushed foreward giving them the appearence of being more pointy. The second trait, (that thankgod i don't have!) is something to do with the haemoglobin in the blood that can't regenerate or something so the easiest thing for them to do is drink blood, preferably human or pig. And the third is a skin disorder that makes you hyper-sensitive to light to the point that your skin burns immeadiatly in sunlight so you can't go out in the day! so to summerise, yes but not the transilvanian, goths that we all imagine!!
