in this movie, do the vampires sleeping durin g the day and are awake during the night!?

The vampires have no need to sleep at any time day or night although some go to sleep (hibernate) for many years at a time.

They are destroyed by sunlight (except very ancient ones which is revealed in Queen of the Damned the next in the series)

Perhaps reading the books by Anne Rice will give you more.

umm i do believe they never come out in the morning. Because if in the ending you see kirsten dunst die because of the sun beams.sorry for the spoiler
