You must first rule out all the other more likely factors before ending up with vampires. Some possibilities can be lack of sleep, depression, thyroid problems, etc.

"Shave off" the more probable causes before you get to the improbable ones. Doctor's visit, labs tests, history of the problem are all things to do before buying garlic.
