Vancity Visa Gift Card

Question

So I'm just wondering if I can get this Visa Gift Card I've been reading about over the internet if Im 15 without having my parents have to do anything.

So all I have to do is tell them I want to buy a Visa Gift Card and the amount I want to have loaded onto the card and they'll do just that?

And can it be used with Pay-Pal like a normal Credit Card?

The Citizens Bank Visa giftcard will NOT work with paypal. There are other options there that you will likely qualify for that are supposed to work with paypal, you're just going to have to shop around a bit.

As a rule of thumb you DO NOT have to be certain age to buy the gift cards, but the reloadable cards have an application and/or contract that you would have to be the age of majority to qualify for.

Yes, you can buy a visa gift card on your own. There is no age limit on who can buy or use the visa gift card. However, whether you can use it on paypal depends on if paypal requires you to go through their extended verification process.
