Vancouver, bc????

Question

i am going on a trip next week and i will be in vancouver for a day. i am looking for things to do while in the city becasue many people told me its one of the most beautiful cities in the world. what are some fun activities or thing i should not miss while i am in the city? ie resturants, events, stores, ect...

Your only there a day so you won't be able to check out too much but there is a lot to see in van.

Go to Stanley Park -- it's by far the most beautiful park I have yet visited anywhere in North America. The aquarium there isn't that great but if you've got nothing better to do, it's worth a look as long as you're in the park.

Also, unlike Seattle, Vancouver has a REAL monorail. It's a great way to get a view of the whole city -- it basically encircles the city -- and has lots of stops along the way in many of Vancouver's neighborhoods.

Finally, visit Chinatown. Unlike a lot of Chinatowns in the United States, Vancouver's isn't simply a tourist trap.

Although I am a US citizen, I am seriously considering moving to Vancouver -- it's the most beautiful city I've ever visited.
