Vancouver Canucks against Boston Bruins: a look into the history of the two teams - NHL
Boston Bruins has created numerous problems for Vancouver Canucks ever since its inception in 1970.
Canucks and Bruins have never faced each other during the play-offs and this is the first time they are crossing each other’s paths in the playoffs.

At the end of most of these games (23 games), Bruins was able to come up with a total of 20 wins. Things aren’t as sound for Canucks still if we talk looking at the stats.
This season, again Bruins was in top form as it won the lone meeting between the two teams by 3-1.
The game between the two teams, last season, witnessed Bruins piling up a 1-0 win. Canucks is absolutely haunted when it thinks about playing at the TD Garden.
The two teams have met on 56 occasions at the TD Garden and Canucks has managed to come up with just eight regulation time wins.
Moreover, Bruins has been quite impressive while playing at the Rogers Arena as they have won 29 games in regulation time out of 54 games played there.
Another important fact is that Bruins has done brilliantly but Canucks is a totally different team than what it was previously.
