Who can you contact when a staff seargent is being vandictive and harrassing you along with a Gunny Sgt making comments about your wife as well and after you have gone to the Major but they are still and continue to doing it with or with out the Major knowing about it. Who can you contact to get these individuals in the Marine Corps in trouble and to get them to stop. I know there is Navy Legal and the IG but who can you directly go to when you have already gone to the Major and it continues?

  1. Sounds like time for the IG to me.

  2. You should be able to go the your EO ncoic or oic

  3. If the direct level above you in the CoC doesn't listen, you can be a d**k and take it above his head.

Remember, always use the Chain of Command, but if things do not work, go to another source or skip a step.

  4. It's called "Request Mast" there's a form you get from your admin unit to request to speak to the person above your Major. As a Marine you have the right to request mast all the way up the chain of command until someone resolves your issue. Document every time you speak with your command about your issue and the results you did or did not see. This way you can show that you did use your chain of command within your unit before you initiated the request mast. Good luck!

  5. Try laying it on one of those Chaplin's -  find one that's at least a Major

  6. If you have already exhausted the CoC and no one is doing anything, then go to IG. You can call or go in at anytime to speak to someone.

  7. You need to continue to take it on up the Chain of Command.  I don't know if they have Equal Opportunity leaders or advisors in the Marines, but you should speak with them as well.  Try speaking with IG/SJA/JAG again.  Just keep going on up the Chain of Command....go to the Division level or even Base level if you have to.

I wonder what the Marine Commandant would have to say about this....
