  1. umm... I can't imagine it being good without ice cream but off the top of my head here are a few things to try if you want to try to mimic a vanilla milkshake.

you could use vanilla or plain yogurt to make it a bit thicker.

if you end up doing just ice and milk, you could try to add some vanilla extract to add some flavor.  (just remember, pure vanilla extract is alcoholic, imitation vanilla extract is not.)

    good luck

  2. No ice. It would totally mess up the consistancy of a milkshake. You'd get a slushy. You could use some melted white chocolate with the milk and add in a little vanilla for flavor.

Yogurt would be alright too, but nothing will match icecream or cream.

    Condensed milk might work.

  3. You can make it by putting some ice, milk on a blender, mix it well, then add some vanilla and a pinch of sugar. My suggestion is that don't add too much ice soo it won't be too icy... so add not so much ice and you can put it in the refrigerator a couple of minutes.

  4. yes you can. add sugar and vanilla to taste and whiz in the blender.
