Vanity Fair Photo? Why would the magazine think this was a good idea?

The obvious answer I suppose is they wanted to sell mags, but...

someone had to have thought it was a bad idea to put a half clothed minor in the magazine.

How far is too far?

They know if it becomes the big miley scandal, they will get a ton more sales. and they will. It is pathetic though. So many little girls look up to her and they are going to hear about it. Plus she is only 15

This has gone too far! I would think her father would have put a stop to it before it ever took off.
