Vans Warped Tour has never been to new orleans. how do i request them to come for next year and what are the chances of Warped Tour coming?

I'd say your chances are low. I think their biggest argument would be that if you really want to see it, Houston's not that far away. You might have a better chance of asking them to play Mississippi, because they don't really do anything in the stretch between Houston and Atlanta.
