Vanti virus trojan autorun...

hi can some1 help me how to remove vanti trojan virus in my computer... i have mcafee enterprise 8.5i + anti spyware.. everytime i open my hard drive my anti virus detect vanti trojan and deleted ... how can i permanently deleted the autorun vanti virus... i try to run hijackthis but i dont think so the vanti virus is remove i check all and run fix checked.... i think my mcafee anti virus detecting the autorun vanti virus is remove heheheheeheee itz funny ....
