Vapor III and IV true to fit?

Like the the question says I just wanna know if the vapor III and the vapor IV are true to fit or do i have to like downsize or size up

I wear a size 9 1/2 reg.

  1. you should get a 10, or 10 1/2. I am an 8.5 reg and i got 9 and they felt pretty tight. this applies to vapor III, i have no idea about IV but it should be the same thing.
