Vaporetta polti VTT2085 1998

mine creates steam but dose not pressurize out when flex hose is connected and switched on. Can any one assist with advise.I am a automotive technitian and own www.winbrake.com so as there is no repairer to be found in South Africa I have to undertake the repai myself
