Varial kickflip advice? thanks

any advice when i do varials most of the time they always end up landing behind me where my backfoot ends up landing near the nose any advice?? thanks

  1. lets break it down:

    Varial Flip= Kickflip + Pop Shove it.

    be sure to keep your back foot in the back concave, and your front foot like a kick flip, main priority is scooping like a pop shove it, the Ollie will instantly make the board  spin for a kick flip.

    watch it come around stomp it down.

    for you landing awkward its your fear yes it seems odd but it is, your instinct is to just get you down to earth safely, practice landing them on inclines like a hill or bank that helps me alot.

  2. Do you know kickflips and shuvits? get them down, and youll be able to do it!. and remember. its one of the most frusterating tricks, so practice.

  3. because you are not popping if you pop it will be easier to land bolts
