Varicocele - t******e still "meatier"?

Question

I had an operation about an year ago and I still feel my left t******e to be fuller, meatier. I can still feel the group of veins inside. Is this normal? Shouldn't have those veins disappeared leaving the t******e be just like the right one, just bigger?

Since a vericocele is a failure of a valve in a vein leading away from the s*****m, on of the valves may have failed again after the operation, or a different valve may have collapsed after the operation.  I didn't know anything could be done about this condition.  I've had a varicocele since I was about 20, and never had difficulties with it or found a need to "fix" it.

Am not an expert on this issue...but still I believe it should look normal like the right one...so please consult the doctor....
