Varicocele testicles

I am just wondering about a vein i have found on my left t******e. I went to the doctor and he said he couldnt find nothing wrong with my balls. I have started wearing supportive underwear. Just because i have a larger vein on my t******e, does that mean i MUST have a varicocele?

You may or may not have one. It does sound like it. A word of advice see a male infertility urologist to have it inspected. Most regular doctors are not good at finding / detecting / and reparing them if they are there.
