Variety map pack on x-box 360?

Question

Ok so my x-box broke and I went out and bought a new one, and I bought the arcade one since I already had the hard drive. Well on the old x-box we had bought the variety map pack, and when we got the new x-box it said we needed to buy it again. My boyfriend downloaded it for free on his gamer tag, (we share the x-box so both our names on the same hard drive) and I still can't play, and if I go to download it they want me to pay for it? How do I get to play the other maps?

you have to buy it again,,,my advice forget about buying it cod 5 is comin out and lots of other games cod 4 is really old
