Vat and gym membership?

I am a self employed IT consultant in England, with a LTD company.

Am I able to claim my gym membership through the company? ie save the tax's etc?

It is most unlikely but you should ask your accountant or the Inland Revenue.

No, there is no need for an IT Consultant to be that fit so it will not be a legitimate business expense.
