  14. vatican  city is a country. the money is called "euro"  i can assure u that euro is a valid spendable money which at the moment is worth more than dollar . Before that they used italian lira with coins with "vatican city" written on top.

    if u get  euro coins from vatican city u can exchange them to collectors for a LOT of more money.
