Question:

Vauxhall Corsa starting problems...?

It was fine yesterday but when I went to start it this morning, the engine turned VERY slowly and I thought it was a flat battery, especially as the radio didn't come straight on and my daughter had been pressing buttons, so I tried once more and the starter turned a little faster then faster still until it spun up fine and fired up as normal.

I thought it might be OK after a run but after my 10 mile motorway commute to work I turned the engine off then tried to start it and it was exactly the same, but fired up in the end (radio switched itself off again).

Any ideas what might be wrong? Or shall I call the local garage to take a look?

Ta :o)
