well every year my volleyball camp buys plain white t-shirts (tight to show off our volley ballers bodies) and we put rubber bands on them and them spray paint them our team colors (pink & gray)

Well, it matters. If it is a school team then put the logo on the front, or use the school colors. If its not, then i don't know.
