Vega Meal Supplement?

I bought a trial size 20g Vega packet and I was wondering what the nutrition info on these packets are. It says 68g = one serving and theres only 20g in the packet, it also says theres 1/3 servings in the packet. I was wondering how many servings are in the packet, is there 1 serving with 21g carbs and 290 calories or 3 servings or 1/3 of one serving?

I just need to know because I have type 1 diabetes and have to know exactly how many carbs are in the packet.

if is says theres 1/3 servings in the packet that means theres only one third of a serving in the packet!
