Unfortunately, I fall in the "want to be" category.

I can't go long without eating an animal product. =\

  1. Just balance your diet.  Try to eat mostly vegetarian but when the meat urge strikes, have it.  View meat dishes as a treat.

  2. Vegetarian/ Want To Be Vegan :)

  3. Same here,

    I love animals,

but I love a good burger once in a blue moon!!

  4. I am a vegetarian becaue I just love dairy too much, so maybe you should start off just being a vegetarian or try to be one.  The only thing that vegetarians done eat are any thing with meat.  They can have eggs, milk and cheese, just no meat or any kind.

  5. I'm a vegan...

  6. Pescatarian, then Ovo-vegetarian, then lacto-ovo-vegetarian. I do not like eating dairy products (drinking milk on its own reminds me of drinking blood), but it is too extreme for me and I would find it very hard to stay healthy. Not eating dairy does not make much difference to what happens to the animals, my grandad said this and although I do not agree I guess that I have decided not to put my health in jeopardy.

  7. vegetarian, mhmm

  8. It's a matter of self control.  You could be a vegetarian, but you don't want to be.  If you did want to be you could control your urges if you tried hard enough.

Look at www.meat.org and that might help a bit.  Other than that I don't know what to tell you.

I did it for the love of animals and nature.  I found out what the meat industry is really like and I decided I wouldn't support it anymore.  I love animals too much and I despise cruelty...

I am vegan now and I have never so healthy.  I can sleep at night knowing I haven't caused anymore suffering than I need to in a day.  When I cook a meal and eat it I know that I am not causing suffering just to eat.

  9. I'm a vegetarian who plans on going vegan eventually.

  10. I would be a "want to be".

I pretty much am a vegetarian, I go days, weeks, without meat but usually end up eating some kind sooner or later!

  11. you would be surprised...try some soy products, cos they look like meat and have the texture of meat

  12. yay!

    i am a vegetarian!

    =]

okay to try to be a vegetarian go one day a week without meat..try to build up your will power and then go two days...continue doing this.

then soon...idk! you might be a full vegetarian=]]

    good luck!

  13. You could always just cut way back on your meat intake.  You would still get to enjoy meat every once in a while and be healthier and helping animals (if you care) at the same time.

Not really sure what your question is but I hope this helps:)

  14. Whats the question? Are you a Vegan, Vegetarian, or Want to be? well, if thats it, im a Vegetarian.

  15. I'm a vegetarian and have been for about a year.  It's probably the best decision I've ever made.  I'm healthier and I feel better about not eating innocent animals.  I still drink milk, eat cheese, and eat eggs, so I'm not vegan.

  16. Well, eating less animal products is good too. Eating steak every day won't help anything, but steak once a month would be good. We are meant to eat meat to get protein just like dogs and cats, but there are other things to eat too. Try to eat nuts, eggs, or meat every day to get protein or at least a protein pill. But not eating as much can help a lot too! You don't have to be full vegetarian or vegan, but you can say you don't agree with slaughtering animals so much and that they should cut down on it.

  17. If you want to fully commit, Figure out what protein product you will eat the next time you get an animal product craving. I like sesame seed balls. One can of kidney beans pureed with 2 cups of rice and some seasoning, rolled into one inch balls and rolled in seeds and baked for 15 minutes. It fills me up and is nice with soy sauce.

  18. Im a vegetarian :D sadly i just made the decision a bit ago but i guess better late than never in my opinion :P It was 2 months as of Monday :P

  19. I'm not sure what the question is... but im a vegetarian =D
