  1. Don't know about Australia, but in the U.S. most of the cheap generic or grocery store brands just have the basic bread ingredients and no extra ingredients like egg and dairy.

  2. Why not just bake your own vegan bread?

The best is mixing squashed pumpkin/squash onto bread mixture before baking.

How to prepare the squashed pumpkin/squash:

    1) Peel the pumpkin/squash.

    2) Cut into cubes.

    3) For every 2 cups of pumpkin/squash... add 1 cup of water.

    4) Add a pinch of salt for every 2 cups of pumpkin/squash.

    5) Bring to a boil (slowly).

    6) Drain the water after the pumpkin/squash is cooked.

    7) Using a fork... squash the pumpkin/squash.

  3. bread is naturally vegan...flour(wheat) water(water)vegetable oil(vegetables)yeast(cant do without it) dumbest question ever

  4. I am sure you can buy it at any health food store, if not your regular grocery store.

Just pick of the bags of bread and start checking the ingredients.

Or go to http://www.vegweb.com and find a ton of recipes for vegan bread.

Hopefully someone from Australia will come along and give you the exact brands of bread that are vegan there.
