Vegan diet?

i am on vegan diet and have been for 2 years now about a year ago i found out i am a over active thyroid witch stops me gaining weight easy along with other things but the probolom is the weight as i am a doorstaffworker and i need to push my weight sometimes that i no longer have. dos anyone know any vegan foods that can help me gain weight?i am a great cook so any recipes or websites with help on would be great:D

    But if "doorstaffworker" means "bouncer", let your hyperthyroid speedy reactions be your weapon instead of pushing weight at people.

    Get into Martial Arts, summat Chinese or Japanese where they've always used tofu and things, and explain your dietary needs.

    mexican fajitas:

    grilled/fried Mexican veggies, a dab of salsa

    two (or more) corn tortillas lightly fried

    side of starchy veggies such as corn, carrots, or peas

    veggie cheese pizza

    Dinner:

    Burritos

    Pasta

    Split Pea Soup

    vegan Mashed potatoes

    dessert: vegan ice cream, cookies, or cake
