Is there any fish i can eat that is healthy? I'm a vegan for health purposes, and i'm cutting all meat and dairy. But i'm wondering if there is a decent fish i can eat on occation.

Also on a side note, if i eat turkey (for thanksgiving), but i've been vegan, will my body absrob lots of the fat?

  1. If you eat meat or animal products you are not vegan.  Your are just someone that is decreasing the amount of meat and dairy they eat.  Since turkey is meat and so is fish.  No you will not get fat from eating turkey once a year.  Define decent fish, most fish is lean, you should do some research of what health benefits your trying to get out of eating fish to find the best fish for you to consume.
