ok so I have two questions..
1. What is a good thing to go with potatoes... like mashed or baked, that can make it a full meal? like if i made baked potatoes and corn on the cob, i tihnk it would need something else?
2. if i make a soup/stew with potatoes, carrots, celery, rice or noodles, and other veggies, solt and pepper, will the broth be good? or should i add something else?
all ideas must be completly vegan so no meat or dairy products what so ever...
