  2. if you really believed what vegans do you should have no problem  dropping the ice cream

  3. green tea tofu hifive

jus eat it nobody cares. except for those total hippie diehards whose traditions have gone out of style maybe 30-40 years ago

  4. vegweb.com might have one, but there are comercial brands like so delicious you should give a try if you can find them. If not at the regular store try a natural foods store.

  5. At my health food store I get a brand of alternative ice cream called Rice Dream.  It absolutely rocks.

  6. It's Soy Delicious, Rice Dream makes these great bars and pints, and I have seen Whole Foods now has Soy Cream (although I have not yet tried it).

  7. buy soy ice cream

  8. get soy ice cream

  9. Brands:

    Purely Decedent and So Delicious

    Tofutti

    Rice Dream/Soy Dream

    Good Karma

    Temptation

Vice Dream is a good vegan  ice cream cookbook!

  10. You don't need to make it yourself.  You can simply buy soy or rice-cream from a grocery or whole foods store.

I like soy-delicious.  There are other brands too and I am sure they measure-up too.

I get vegan vanilla soy cream and add dark chocolate chips (I dislike carob), chocolate syrup, and peanut butter.  It's just like a good old fashioned sundae:)

  11. These recipes all use bananas but you can use any frozen fruit, whatever suits you:.

There are also some really nice soy ice-"creams" available.

You have to try a few before you find one that suits you though, so if you don't like the first one you buy, keep trying different brands until you find one you like.

I wondered how I was going to give up ice-cream, as I use to really love it too.

However, I tried some dairy ice-cream recently (I have been following a vegan diet for almost a year) and it really tasted foul.

Honestly, your taste buds will change and you will crave it less and less as time goes on.
