Vegan menu?

so i am a vegan and i am trying to lose weight

and i was wondering if anyone had a menu plan

that i could follow for a while.

I dont like eating breakfast so all i have so far its

breakfast

coffee

Lunch

Salad

Fruit

Snack

sugar free fruit smoothie

and

Dinner

Salad

Fruit

I know its lame so far...

    A really good resource is the book Skinny Bitchh by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin. It includes 4 weeks of vegan menus.
