Vegan no bake cookie recipe?

could some one tell me a good vegan no bake cookie recipe.

i can't find any good ones.

i am guessing there is a vegan version of butter you can use. i made these and they are really good.  i made a similar recipe with ground, dried apricots and much less sugar.  also yummy but more like candy.  the second website, the first recipe is for peanut butter bars, i have made in my consumer science class with 7th and 8th graders and they loved them.

These are really good

Chocolate Oatmeal

3/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup soy milk

1/4 cup margarine, melted

2 tbsp cocoa

3 cups quick cooking oats

3 dates, finely chopped

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and chill to set.
