  1. The diet of a vegan is no different than what many call a 'strict vegetarian'.  The difference is that vegans have more restrictions and limitations that they put upon themselves other than dietary which is set forth on the Vegan Society page.

No meat, no dairy, no animal products.

  2. A vegan diet has zero animal products. Not just no meat, but no eggs, not dairy, no gelatin, nothing that comes from an animal. It's not really a natural diet, it's a morally chosen diet.

  3. a vegan is a person who does not eat, wear, or use any product containing animal ingredients. A vegan diet can be as healthy (if not healthier) as a meat eater/vegetarian. vegans do eat a lot of different foods, like soybeans, which are high in protein and are often used as a meat replacement. Some people are vegan for ethical reasons, because they think meat is gross, or because they think its healthy.

    hope i helped!!

  4. The vegan diet is similiar to the vegetarian diet but a little more strict.  Vegans don't eat any dairy products which come from animals such as eggs, milk, cheese, etc.  A poorly planned vegan diet can deplete your body of vitamins and nutrients so you might wanna think about taking a supplement.

  5. Vegan - Person who doesn't eat meat, poultry, fish, dairy, or eggs.

They also don't use any products that come from animals, such as fur.
