  1. I would suggest starting out with simple familiar foods that can be made without meat, like spaghetti, tacos, and sandwiches.  You can use meat alternatives if you like.

I'm going to go ahead and give you my whole 2-week dinner list.  It's not 14 meals, because sometimes we eat out or my hubby eats frozen pizza.  These meals are for me (vegan) and my omni husband.

    Spaghetti

Salad (tomato and cucumber or tomato and black bean, see recipe here: http://www.recipezaar.com/162408 ) with chicken/chik'n

    Burgers

    Tacos

Baked potatoes (http://www.vegcooking.com/recipeshow.asp... ) and pork steak for the hubby

Pasta with chicken/chik'n (still looking for good vegan pesto)

    Chili and/or chili dogs

    Chicken/chik'n sandwiches

Red beans and rice (I use Zatarain's jambalaya mix and add the red beans, and my husband has kielbasa on the side)

Veggie (something like http://www.recipezaar.com/308965 or http://www.recipezaar.com/147728 ) with BBQ chicken for the hubby

Enchiladas (I use peppers for the filling in mine, and sometimes chik'n strips)

  2. You can have fruit even strawberries and chocolate.

Mexican food-Rice and bean burritos or a cheese quesadilla.

Some sort of chip and dip or pizza?

My cousin is a vegetarian and shed grill toast on the stove with butter. Then she would out peanut butter, sliced tomatoes, and cheese melted on top with the microwave.

Hope this helps and gives you ideas.

Also yogurt or Popsicle or ice cream.

  3. I use vegan food also...  But it is real exhausting :(

Any way, think about vegeterian, insteed of vegan...

Here are some good recipes: on:

    Bon Appetito :)

  4. Try making vegan versions of your favorite non-veg foods, using the fake meats and non-dairy products. For instance:

    -Pasta and Nate's Meatless Meatballs

-Mac and cheese with Follow Your Heart soy cheese

-Stir fry with Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Chik'n Strips

-Quesadillas with soy cheese and your favorite veggies

-Sub / hoagie with Tofurky Deli Slices and Vegenaise (vegan mayo)

One of my favorite recipes is for vegan fried chicken. I use this recipe with the Morningstar Farms chik'n strips:

There are also lots of good vegan recipes here:

    http://www.chooseveg.com/vegan-recipes.a...

    I hope this helps!
