  1. Just curious, not trying to be funny.

What are your running shoes made of?

  2. You might want to check out Brendan Brazier, an ultramarathoner, and Ruth Heidrich, a triathlete.  Both are vegans, and I believe both have websites.

  3. http://www.veganathlete.com/

this site has info on being a vegan and an athlete

  4. Your best bet is to get a good book on human diet and not one of those catch word BS books. You need to understand diet completely and that is more than just a web site can do.

  5. In addition to the sites already mentioned, check out http://www.veganfitness.net

These are forums almost all of whose users are vegan, and there are specific forums for several sports, including running You will be able to get advice from experienced vegan runners.

Byron, like other vegan shoes, vegan running shoes made from 100% non-animal sources are not difficult to get hold of.
