Question:

Vegan stores and resturants/cafes in London?

I'm visiting London for the first time this summer, and as a hungry vegan, I'd like to know some places to eat. I'd also be very glad to visit some vegan stores, like shoe-stores or health stores. I'm staying near Hyde Park, so if anythings close to that area, that would be just great

cheers

  1. The american wholefoods chain is now in knightsbridge, but the big stores offer a good range - selfridges, harrods etc.

Your best to get the "time out" guide when you arive they list 100's of great places to hop and eat they might even do an annual vegetarian one.

  2. Try looking for vegan and vegan friendly restaurants and food stores through this site:

    Beatroot is highly recommended.

    Good luck!

I have eaten at Mildred's and The Gate and enjoyed both, though The Gate is more upmarket.
