Vegan stores in Oregon?

Question

I'm vegetarian, and since I'm lactose-intolerant I was thinking maybe I should just go vegan. But I have a hard enough time trying to get animal-free foods already! Maybe it's because I only shop at two stores. So does anyone know of any vegan-friendly stores in the Salem/Keizer area?

I don't know about your area, but Portland is Vegan Paradise.  The Vegan Mall is at SE Stark & 12th Ave in Portland.

Try looking for one such store on VegDining.com, it's a very comprehensive list which I find helpful because I travel a lot.
