  2. I make it strawberry milk shake, by starting with little soy milk and adding the strawberries gradually, and taste it as i go.

Oh iinstead of using honey, have you ever tried agave, its great. Agave is the bestest. I love it. you can use it in place of sugar or honey.

  3. 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries (about 5 whole large)

1/2 of a frozen ripe banana

1 Cup of Vanilla Soy Milk

2 tbsp Agave Nectar (or 2 packets of Stevia)

    Blend until smooth.

  4. I just drink alpro strawberry.

    Lazy vegan!

  5. If I were making it, I'd make it mostly strawberries, with a bit of silken tofu or maybe some vanilla soy milk. In fact, I might go without the soy products completely and just add in coconut milk and some other fruits (like a banana or honeydew) to make it thicker. And of course, plenty of ice. The berries should be sweet enough, maybe at first it'll seem bland in comparison to the sugar and carb overload of commercial fast food shakes, but you'll learn to love the natural taste of fruit sugar. I rarely, if ever, sweeten. If I do, I use agave syrup.
