So i have been with out vitamins and calcium. i do eat healty and drink soy milk for calcium but i know my body needs more. and do not want to deprive it of nutrients anymore. Does anyone know of any vegan vitamins that Wal mart or walgreens sells or any local stores? o r a brand of vitamns made for vegans?? thanks- abe

  1. I'm a vegan and I don't find that I even need vitamins.  If you are really careful you should get enough nutrition.

You can go to GNC though.  They have them.

  2. Before running out and buying something that you may or may not need - why not go and have a simple blood test to tell you if you need any vitamins - if your lacking in any area?

Would be cheaper in the long run than paying for a bunch of vitamins that your not even sure if you need - or if it really is addressing a problem that you might have - but your not sure if you do.

  3. Http://veganstore.com sells vegan vitamins.

  4. I never shop at Wal-mart so I don't know what they carry, however, you can buy vegan vitamins on Amazon.com
