  1. Well my lunch was great even though i'm about to have dinner (baked tofu!!)

    I had a veg@n pizza that included many veggies! It was topped with soy cheese and had marinara sauce. I dressed it with broccoli, copped celery, onions, mushrooms, and that's about it! I drank a bottle of water with it cause I don't drink alot of soda or juice. And the crust was thin by the way!! Have a very Veg@n day!!

I went out to eat and had a "veggie wrap" and fruit.   The veggie wrap was a tortilla made out of spinach.   I told them no cheese and no oil, just vinegar.   There was spinach, tomatos, avocado, onion, zuchini, and other veggies in it.   The fruit was watermelon, cantelope and apple mixed up.   I had water with lemon squeezed in it.   It was a great lunch.

  3. Gladly.  I had 1/2 cup of Cuban black beans (canned from Trader Joe's), 1/4 cup of quinoa, about a cup of baby field greens dressed with balsamic vinaigrette dressing and a little sprinkle of raw sunflower seeds.  For "dessert" I had a handful of grapes.  To drink: water.

    Delicious and filling.

  8. Vegan curry made from scratch with coconut milk, sweet potato, peas, carrots, onions, tomatoes, some garlic served on brown rice cooked with chopped (formerly raw) cashews and flax seeds...and... water.

    It will be my lunch for the next week too...I seem to have made a bit too much, lol.<3

  9. A salad with water. Different types of lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and vinegar dressing. Very good.

    Heavier than my usual weekday lunch, but it's Saturday.

  13. We had fresh vegetables (spinach, onions, mushrooms, and cucumber), nayonaise, and vegan turkey (light life) on soft wheat rolls.  I also had vitamin water.  :)
