Vegans, what do you cook for dinner? ?

I don't eat meat everyday, and would like some ideas on some wholesome meals I can cook without meat. Thanks

  2. I make spaghetti(wheat) with sauce; veggie dogs/burgers/ grilledcheese with vegan cheese; Smoothie with soymilk; dip veiggies; salad; or some nuts or something along those lines.

    oh ya! Rice and beans are great too cuz beans have lots of iron which most vegetarians lack in, even more iron than meat! LOL!

  3. theres a lot of things you could make....at your local food place they should have vegetarian meals or sides without meat that are already precooked that u could make....something esle you can make is stirfry, make it with rice or noodles, some vegtables and soy sauce. another thing is meatless lasagna....or basically any type of pasta with sauce, making a meatless meal rle isent to hard. also there are recipes for tacos but with a bean and cheese filling, those are good...thats just some ideas =)

  4. Veggie stir-fries, add fried tofu, seitan, or some almonds for protein.

    Shake & bake veggies.

    Roasted veggies.

    Pasta with scratch sauce, onions, mushrooms, tofu/seitan, and anything else you like chopped up in it.

    Sushi rolls.

    Rice curry.

    Veggie stew: chop up veggies, blend a few for stock, boil for an hour.
