  1. I'm not vegan or a raw foodie, and I'm sorry if I suggest something not on your menu, but I used to work at a smoothie bar and I will suggest some of my favs!

    #1

    peach/passion juice

    frozen peaches

    frozen blueberries

    (frozen of fresh yogurt recommended)

    #2

    peach/passion juice

    frozen mango

    frozen raspberries

    #3

berry juice (any rasp, straw, blue, black or blend)

    frozen blueberry

    frozen strawberry

    (vanilla frozen yogurt optional)

    #4

    pineapple juice

    frozen peach

    frozen mango

    (banana optional)

    unsweetened coconut flakes

    #5

    soy milk

    frozen banana

    frozen strawberry

    1-2tablespoons of honey

Usually at the store we would put in fruit flavored sorbet and and yogurt.  I like my smoothies with both but they are good without.  Not sure if you can have milk products.  Any of these smoothies can be made with a scoop of hemp or soy (or other) protein powder and vitamin powders :)

Mix about half a cup of juice with one cup of fruit.  Results will vary depending on the fruit.  You may need a good blender to get really thick smoothie.  Some protein powders give the smoothie a nice texture.  If some fruit is not frozen less juice will be needed.  If you need any more I have a bunch in my mind, so lemme know!

Some I like but not favorite:

    #6

    orange juice

    banana

    strawberry

    #7

    orange juice

    frozen peaches

    frozen mango

  2. For my tummy, I like an apple, carrot, ginger, and fennel juice, freshly pressed.

    For smoothies:

Unsweetened vanilla soymilk, frozen blueberries, 1/2 banana, brewer's yeast, flax seeds

    OR

Chocolate hemp milk, hemp protein powder, 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.

  3. I rarely make such things.

But I really love the products from this company, their smoothie packs... really yummy! Oh, wow, my first time looking at their website -- so many other products too -- I'll have to request them at my local store.  The stuff is expensive (at least where I live) but really tasty.

Otherwise, what I've done in the past is just to blend frozen berries, such as blueberries.  I never mix and add soymilk etc. because that just makes me gassy.

  4. This is the current fav in my house.

    GREEN SMOOTHIE

1 cup *frozen Mixed Tropical Fruit

1cup water or fav fruit juice

hand-full of Baby Spinach ( increase this as taste buds adjust)

    1Tbs. Flax Meal

    1tps. Bee Pollen

2 or 3 Medjool Dates (take the seeds out)

    Blend until smooth.

*Fresh Fruit can be used, replace water with ice.

    Enjoy!

  5. banana, orange, milk-blend

sour mango, milk, lemon juice, little sugar,

    all fruits, little water sugar!

    tomato, mint

  6. Yup! I do! And I have to say that they're absolutely delicious! LOL!

Peel a banana, an orange and a papaya. Chop a bit and blend it with some ice, some oatmeal and honey if you eat it. You can also add Brazil nuts if you like! Like two or three.

Another one would be my "ice cream" only it's made with no sugar, fat, conservatives, and all that c**p... Simply peel two bananas, some strawberries and freeze them for 6 hours then blend.

    I hope you like it!

    Tootles!
