Since they're technically considered a meat, that makes you a hypocrite.

  1. Who considers beans to be meat?

  2. Sure, I eat beans. I also eat NutMEAT, which is made from nuts!

Whoever told you beans were considered a "meat" is wrong. Are beans flesh from an animal? No!

  3. Lol, go back to school.

  4. LOL, you don't even know what 'vegan' means but nice try.

  5. Meat is the flesh of a dead animal.  Beans are not meat, "technically" or otherwise.  No animal is exploited or slaughtered to grow a bean.  Perhaps you should exercise some logic before you call people hypocrites.

  6. Let me guess, you didn't major in Biology?

  7. I'm trying to see things from your point of view, but I can't stick my head that far up my ***.

  8. NO there not!

  9. Although I don't like beans they aren't meat. Only a stupid person would consider beans meat...

  10. I'm a vegan, but I'd eat you because you're far too stupid to be sentient. The beans are probably more clued-in than you.

  11. No doubt you think this is a clever question which will have all vegans confused and unable to answer.

Only an idiot would consider beans a meat; the dictionary definition of meat is the flesh of an animal as food. I assume you've seen some food pyramid or table where  beans have been listed together with other proteins, and for convenience listed under 'meat' as an equivalent protein. And you thought 'ooh, that would be a good, unanswerable, gotcha argument to use against vegans!'

You're also confused about the meaning of the word hypocrite. Hypocrisy means claiming to have higher standards than you in fact have, or condemning a  type of behaviour while knowingly indulging in it.

So, if someone said they didn't eat meat, but secretly ate meat - hypocrisy. If they said they didn't eat meat, and ate something that wasn't meat - not hypocrisy.

You really must learn to read and decipher things more critically and intelligently.

Be nice if you dealt with your racism at the same time
