Vegans---s*x and birth control question?

Hi, I am a vegan and not just a dietary one it is my lifestyle too. I do not take birth control but my boyfriend does wear vegan friendly condoms. I was wondering what other vegans do when it comes to s*x? Do you use birth control even though it is tested on animals prior to being on the market and what about condoms? I am just curious about other things people do.

I use vegan condoms (Condomi brand), I bought a bunch of them from a website in the UK- I usually pick things like that up from Food Fight in Portland, when they have it in stock though (last time I checked they carried Glyde).

I'm not a fan of pills, IUDs, etc. They have all been tested on animals- and I will only rely on animal tested medications when it is a matter of life and death (like my asthma inhaler).

My boyfriend prefers a nonvegan brand of condoms.  I've trying to get an appointment to "have the operation," so to speak so I don't have to worry about birth control again.

are you sure they are vegan friendly condoms? because there is only one vegan condom and they dont really sell in the us of a.

I'm not a vegan, but I do not use or wear animal-tested products when possible. I've never seen any veg*n-friendly condoms in my shopping adventures, so where do you find them? I use condoms anyway, because I see it as either that or abstaining completely. I am not in a place in life to raise children, and am very against abortion. I'm also selfish enough that I don't think I could give my baby to someone else. This means a pregnancy from no bc would result in a child being raised in a low-income household. I know people in my family would help out, but I still don't want to bring anyone into the world if I don't have to.
