7 different vegan breakfast recipes please..the simpler the better though please!

7 different lunch or dinner recipes short and simple..

I only eat 2 meals a day not even thats why i need some recipes

some dinners i already have to make your list shorter:

pasta w/ peas and sauce

bean burrito

chickpeas&salsa in tostitos(not much of a dinner but its like a taco in my family haha)

mashed potatoes,corn,brocoli,string beans,bread

can of lentil soup

i had vegeterian garden veg soup today with some bread..it was pretty good.

  2. Here is a 2 week menu.  I have tried many of these recipes.  The Mock Meatloaf on day one is very good.  I added french fried onions on top.

    Breakfast- Oatmeal or cream of wheat with soy milk or almond milk and raisins

    Lunch- Lentil soup, a bread roll, almond or soy milk, carrots, and an apple

    Dinner- A mix of wild rice, mixed chopped up stemmed veggies, and tofu or tempeh, soy milk, and a peach.

    Day 2:

    Breakfast- Oatmeal with agave nectar, a banana, and juice.

    Lunch- A veggie wrap (tortilla with hummus, veggies, and tofu or meat alternative), soy milk, and grapes

    Dinner- A veggie burger on a bun, a banana, chocolate soy  milk, and veggies

  5. eggs with veggie sausage and spinach wrap

    edamame and rice with dried cranberries

    banana-cocoa smoothie

    stir-fry vegetable tacos

    pierogi's- potatoe and cheddar or sauerkraut
