I like so delicious chocolate ice cream along with chocolate silk milk. I dont drink soy milk plain but I use it in recipes. I thought this might be a more popular question....oh well.

I like Nayanaise for my mayo.  The spray whipped "cream" that comes in a can is non-dairy.

Tofu/soy yogurt (plain) is a great substitute for sour cream.

I'll second Earth Balance for the butter. It's better and that was the first thing I switched to before I even went vegetarian. It is that good. It doesn't go bad nearly as quickly either (though it does still need to be kept in the fridge).

I know you didn't say ice cream but coconut cream ice cream is amazing. That was my second switch. It's that good.

And to that, coconut cream can be used in place of whipped cream in a lot of things. Plus you can make your own yogurt with coconut milk instead.

The other stuff I just mostly replaced with things such as hummus and/or red pepper rouille (YUM!!!!) or other subs.

Mayo:  Vegenaise

That's about it.  I have tried tofutti sour cream and cream cheese and was really disappointed.  Also I was really disappointed in Follow Your Heart Vegan cheese.  I like tofurky fake meat products.
