Question:

Vegas Nightclub recommendations for a bachelorette party?

I'm going to Vegas this coming weekend for a bachelorette party. I've been asked to take charge of the nights events for Saturday. Can anyone tell me where a group of 7 ladies can go to have a great time, not spend an arm and a leg on a cover charge...(or possibly meet some accomadating bouncers that will let us in without spending all night in a line)? I've tried to do some research but there's just so many to choose from and they all seem to have mixed reviews. It's like trying to find a needle in a hay stack! I've been to Voodoo Lounge and loved it...but just want to find out what other people recommend. My #1 request is that it has a great mix of music- house, hip hop, trance....as long as we can dance I'll be happy!

So, what do you recommend?

  1. MGM Signature Tower, Suite 3152. Knock twice.

  2. You are right about the needle in haystack and suggestions are really rather that 'suggestive'

What one likes another might  not so..For instance my friend and I really disliked VooDoo Lounge, had one drink and then headed back over to PURE -even though I've been there several times..but hey @ least I tried someplace new. Never would have known I dislike VooDoo had I not gone...

Sorry back to question @ hand. One of the cool things about VooDoo was the view, so for that I would suggest trying the Ghost Bar (another oldie but goodie in my eyes) and most places @ the Palms (can't go wrong there as they have several good clubs)

PURE is fun but I would call and get yourself on a list. Esp since you have 7 girls for a bachlorette party and not to be catty not sure what you all look like. If you are ALL super good looking then having 7 of ya can for sure be an asset, if not well....just make sure the good looking ones go up to bouncer ; )

LAX is a hot spot, but I might suggest it for Friday instead. As Cathouse (another lounge in Luxor) host Lush Fridays for the ladies so...if you don't have plans as yet for that night there ya go!

Last, but not least is prive @ Planet Hollywood. Prob a good place but wouldn't/shouldn't be ridiculous to get into on a Saturday night

  3. The Rio is an excellent idea.  Start out at the Seafood buffet for dinner, then go to the Chippendale's show.  It's a bachelorette party after all.  Have the bride wear a party tiara that says "bride to be" on it.  Sit close to the front.  You will have a blast.  Then after the show go on up to the Voodoo Lounge.  My ex used to be a bartender there so I know the place well.  Sit at the bar and watch the bartender perform. Hopefully, you'll get a guy who blows fire and juggles bottles. Then go out onto the deck and watch the city.

Also if you do want the hip hop scene and dancing instead of the Voodoo Lounge take a cab over to Caesar's forum and go to Poetry Nightclub.  The best hip hop club in town.

  4. PURE is one of my fave places in Vegas, and with 7 girls you shouldn't have a problem getting in. It's always packed to get in there but show up early, get in then leave and come back if you want cause they stamp your hand so you can come and go. Also very nice is Tryst, it's a nicer place but worth it. I'm sure you know this, but don't pay to get in anywhere, you can get passes all over the place. Since there are 7 of you girls, consider making a reservation for a table and bottle service, that means no waiting in line, cover included and you get a place to sit.

  5. The most accommodating nightclub for bachelorette parties is Jet @ The Mirage. Call and see what they can do for you.. Phone: (702) 792-7900. In the least, you'll get in for free and not have to wait to get in.
