  1. I think ur odds are all the same! and it depends on what u like to play! I like all of them. U should try a bunch of the hotels....

  2. There are significant differences between casinos for their roulette, craps, blackjack, video poker, and sports book odds.  Anyone who tells you that there are no differences is flat out wrong.

Some casinos offer single zero roulette with European rules while most offer double zero roulette.  Double zero games have a 5.26% advantage for the casino while single zero European is only 1.35%.

Most casinos offer 3-4-5X odds but there are 10X and even 100X odds craps in Vegas.  For someone who wants to wager a certain amount each roll, the option of doing it with odds rather than a large pass line bet, improves the player's odds.

Some casinos shortchange you if you bet on single roll field, 2, 12 or 3 and 11 rolls.  Some want payment on buying the 4 and 10 before hand for craps.

Most casinos have gone to 6/5 payouts for a blackjack.  But you can find decent 3/2 on double decks and there are 2 casinos downtown that offer 3/2 on a SINGLE deck!

A common video poker game is Jacks or Better with a payout of 9 for a full house and 6 for a flush (9/6 JOB).  Wynn and Hilton have a lot of 9/6 JOB.  However, some casinos like Caesars and Harrah's offer 6/5 JOB.  The difference between 9/6 and 6/5 is that between a 99.54% and a 95% expected return.

Sports books often have different lines on games and some offer nickel lines while most are dime lines.  On the strip, the Caesars properties (used to be called Harrah's Entertainment Group) and the MGM/Mirage lines dominate.

However, you can get Leroy's at Sahara, downtown, Rampart, etc.  Cal Neva lines can be found downtown too.  The lines don't always diverge but sometimes they do.

                                     Best Places to Gamble

If you are a big roller, roulette at any of the single zero European rule casinos such as MGM, Bellagio, Mirage and Wynn, and is the best.  If you are a low roller, you can only get double zero roulette.

If you like to bet big at craps, a small pass line bet with huge odds would be one way to do that.  Casino Royale is only $5 minimum with 100X behind the line.

If you like long shot bets (which have a high casino edge), Texas Station, Sunset Station and Sam's Town may be better for you.  If you like really, really long shot bets like a Fire Bet or the Small and Tall bets then Rampart, Rio, Paris, Bally's, Sam' Town might be best for you.

El Cortez offers single deck with a 3 for 2 payout for blackjack.  Four Queens doesn't deal out as many cards before shuffling but has similar rules.

For the video poker player, pickings are getting slimmer but on the strip, Wynn is still okay.  Off the strip, Rampart is pretty good with most locals places decent.  Palms is also good.

No sports books have a monopoly on the best lines.  However, downtown casinos like Plaza have an advantage if you are trying to get the best line or middle.  There are 6 unique lines in the downtown area all within running distance.

VegasMadeEasy.com has different sections about most of the games in Vegas and they analyse in detail what the differences are.  These differences can be very large.

  3. If you are looking to make some cash, you gotta play poker. This way you are not playing against the casino. Because no matter what your odds are the casino always wins in the end.

  4. Well that really depends on the game. If you play Craps then Casino Royale which is between the Venetian and Harrah's is the best option since they offer 100X odds.

If you are a sucker and play slots then go to local casinos and avoid the big fancy strip properties.

Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette. and Pi Gow are the same at every casino.

Poker is divided between the Venetian and Bellagio

  5. Just a quick note single zero roulette is a 2.73% game.
