How to vegaterians have a good healthy diet still without meat? How can you still have a balanced diet while being a vegaterian?

  1. i eat tofu by the tons

    i love it, it's amazing and there are endless possiblities in making it(excuse my spelling)

    i love nuts of all kinds, they are amazing

    i get my calcium from soy milk (i'm vegan)

    life isn't hard being these things... you spend 1 week getting used to it and then it becomes natural

    but meatless.

    i gave a vegan hot dog to my brother and he didnt even notice.

  5. Its vegetarian.  I substitue all meat things with a soy replacement.  I eat lots of eddamame(soybeans in the pod), fruit, yougurt.

  6. people do not realize that there is more to life than meat. seriously, not eating meat is really not that hard....just don't buy it...rice, pasta, any kind of veggies, peanut butter, any kind of nuts, fruits....SOY MILK (so good for you!!!) there are so many options. if you're thinking about it, great! you just need to be more creative with meals.

  7. Vegetarians supplement other protein that isn't mean.  Tofu, lentils, beans, and soy protein are usually all part of a veggie diet.
